Andy Neal is husband, father, son, brother, designer, teacher, musician, writer, student, lover-of-the-ocean & thin-places and passionate believer in the value of encouraging creativity in others. He has worked in-and-around the world of design for nearly thirty years, teaching at some of the UKs premier Arts Institutions for the past two decades and has been playing guitar since he was nine. He has won international awards for both his commercial and educational exploits, forms part of the UK experimental metal band Detritus and is the energy behind the creative thinking tool designdice™. His first official step into the literary world is as co-author (with Dion Star) of the book Creativity Begins With You – due to be published by Laurence King on 14 July this year.
